Jason Jones, 44, was indicted for Attempted Murder, Conspiracy to Violate Felony Drug Laws, Organized Criminal Enterprise, Kidnapping, Malicious Wounding,Assault During The Commission of a Felony, Person Prohibited From Carrying a Concealed Firearm, and Use or Presentation of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony. The suspects will appear before 23rd Judicial Court Judge Debra McLaughlin for arraignments, with trial dates pending. Hickman, five counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, two counts of prohibited person with a firearm and one count each of breaking and entering a vehicle, petit larceny and possession of a controlled substance.
